What You'll Do
As an R&D Manager, you will lead product research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing the thermal, acoustic, and fire performance of our insulation products.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to translate research outcomes into practical, high-performing solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading R&D projects focused on product innovation and performance enhancement.
- Conducting research on raw materials, binding systems, and process optimization.
- Collaborating with production and technical teams to integrate new technologies into manufacturing.
- Overseeing laboratory testing, validation, and certification of new or modified products.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and new developments in insulation technology.
- Supporting the technical documentation and communication of R&D findings across departments.
Who You are
You are a creative and analytical professional with a solid technical background in materials science, insulation, or construction technology.
You have experience leading R&D or technical development projects, preferably in the building materials or insulation sector.
