Swayard Place

For Swayard Place, we supplied Coverock V (150mm) for use behind brickslip and rainscreen façade systems on a residential development. Delivered over a 3-month programme, the project required reliable material supply, technical support, and close coordination throughout the construction phase.

As with any residential scheme operating to a defined programme, maintaining product availability in line with site progress was essential to supporting efficient installation and overall project continuity. The insulation solution needed to align with both the façade application and the practical requirements of the build.

Our involvement extended beyond product supply alone. In addition to delivering Coverock V, we supported the project through specification assistance, site support, and ongoing cooperation with the site team to help manage logistics and respond to day-to-day site requirements as the works progressed.
