Maldron - Chapel Street Project

For the Maldron - Chapel Street project in Manchester, we supplied Coverock V mineral wool insulation for use behind aluminium cladding and stone cladding. Delivered over a 6-month programme, the project required reliable product supply, technical support, and close coordination throughout the construction phase.

The insulation specification included Coverock V in 220mm and 180mm thicknesses, selected to meet the performance requirements of the project. As with any fast-moving hotel development, maintaining consistent supply and aligning deliveries with the build programme were essential to supporting progress on site.

Our involvement extended beyond material supply alone. In addition to delivering the insulation solution, we supported the project through specification assistance, site support, and ongoing cooperation with the site team to help manage logistics and respond to the practical requirements of the build as works progressed.
