Brick-slip System & Rainscreen Insulation - Coverock V(100mm & 120mm & 130mm)

For the 40 Eastbourne Terrace project, a Premier Inn hotel development, we supplied Coverock V mineral wool insulation to support the façade build-up. Delivered over a 4-month programme, the project required more than product supply alone, calling for reliable coordination, responsive support, and close collaboration throughout the construction phase.

Over the course of the project, maintaining consistent material availability in line with the build programme was essential to supporting progress on site. As with any fast-paced hotel development, effective planning and day-to-day coordination played a key role in ensuring that deliveries aligned with the contractor’s schedule and the practical demands of the build.

Our involvement also included specification support, site support, and ongoing cooperation with the site team to help manage logistics and respond to project requirements as works progressed. This collaborative approach helped ensure that the insulation solution was not only specified appropriately, but also delivered and supported efficiently throughout the programme.

40 Eastbourne Terrace is a strong example of how material supply can be combined with technical and logistical support to add value across a hotel development. The project highlights the importance of dependable delivery, practical site coordination, and a partnership-based approach in supporting successful project execution.
