What You'll Do
As a Product Development Manager at Coverock Insulation, you will be responsible for leading the development, improvement, and technical optimization of our mineral wool insulation products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet evolving market demands, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading new product development projects from concept to market launch.
- Managing product performance improvements, including thermal, acoustic, and fire-related properties.
- Working closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturing efficiency and consistency.
- Supporting compliance with industry standards and certification requirements.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify innovation opportunities and product differentiation.
- Providing technical input to marketing and sales teams for product documentation, specifications, and client presentations.
- Collaborating with R&D partners and suppliers to integrate new materials or technologies into our product range.
